Diwali is round the corner and we all are thinking about our Diwali look for this year. It is the festival of lights, we light up diyas and play with firecrackers to celebrate Lord Rama’s return to his home after an exile of 14 years. It comes once in a year and we celebrate the fullest. But, we should always keep in mind the safety majors.

I do personally prefer a very comfortable and safe ethnic look for Diwali. Here I am wearing a peacock blue cotton kurta along with a pair of cotton white lace hem palazzos. I have chosen the material cotton as it is a natural fabric and does not catch fire easily. The color of the kurta is bright peacock blue and it has beautiful embroidery all over with multicolored threads which makes the kurta a perfect piece for celebration day. Have chosen the white palazzos to balance the color with the blue kurta.

These colorful wooden bangles are complementing the thread works of kurta very well. I have kept my hair down and completed the look with a black slip on shoes. You can even try with any multicolored sandals or Kolhapuri shoes.

Most of us will be very busy preparing special dishes and decorating the house and few of us even have to go to work also. For them, this look can be a very good choice as it is super easy to create.
