Wedding dates are back to back and we need to look for ethnic clothes to attend the ceremonies. Buying new cloths and fitting them in this pandemic time is tough and not at all a good idea. But, you can reuse your old ethnic cloths and style them to a brand new look.
Here I am wearing a Churidar, an old means very old favorite of mine. It was a Durga Puja gift by my parents when I was in 10th standard. Crazy right? But true. This piece is still brand new and can be worn in several special events too. It has very beautiful silk thread and sequins embroidery done on it. My father got this piece from Alipurduar, a small town of Dooars. That time we were staying there at Kalchini and Alipurduar was the nearest town.
I have paired this Churidar with slip on shoes and draped the dupatta as one sided at the opposite side of the embroidery work. Fun buns are my favorites, so I have chosen them to keep the look chic and modern. Have applied mehndi, wearing a simple bracelet and pair of small ball earrings.
Do enjoy this wedding season but take precautions, wear mask and avoid gatherings.
